Patricia MacMahon has earned a reputation over many years as a singer, teacher and vocal coach.
Frith is a career teacher with over 26 years’ experience of teaching singers of all abilities and over a wide age range.
Elizabeth Ritchie trained at the Royal Academy of Music, the London Opera Centre, and, with awards gained, at the Salzburg Mozarteum, before joining Glyndebourne Opera.
Initially joining the Glyndebourne Chorus, Elizabeth graduated to solo roles in the main season and on tour. Her operatic career extended to performances in many European countries, as well as at the major Houses in the United Kingdom.
London born Adrian Thompson is an artist of extraordinary versatility with a wide-ranging opera, concert and recital repertoire of works from the Renaissance to Contemporary music periods.
After early studies on the piano and clarinet, Luise graduated from Oxford University before moving on to an Advanced Studies Course at the Royal College of Music in London.
Lynne Dawson is the RNCM’s Head of the School of Vocal Studies and Opera. Before becoming a singer, she trained as a translator and interpreter and spent several years in industry.
Vivien studied music at the Royal Manchester/Royal Northern College of Music after previously studying medical sciences. She graduated with teaching and performing diplomas and a silver medal. Vivien has wide experience as a recitalist and soprano soloist with many choral societies. She has sung in choirs from the age of 7 and is a former member of the BBC Northern Singers.
Maria Jagusz trained as a dancer before taking up a place at the Royal Northern College of Music where she was awarded the Ricordi Prize for Opera. Further scholarships enabled her to continue her studies at the National Opera Studio. As a singer, Maria has worked as soloist for most of the leading opera companies in the UK and Europe. Her roles include Carmen, Cherubino, Orlofsky, Hansel, Dorabella and Rosina.
From her early experiences of performing in Welsh Eisteddfodau Marilynne has developed a lifelong passion and enthusiasm for all aspects of performance. Having studied piano, voice and cello at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama she took a Masters Degree in Education.
